Hello Ear to the Ground family and friends:

Ear to the Ground is in a big transition and is looking for talented and engaged theatre practitioners such as you to step up and take part. Here's where you come in.

As you may know, Ear to the Ground has produced two smash-hit clown shows the last two years running. We'd love to say that we're poised to produce a third, but the interest in and scope of Not all Clowns are Bozos is growing beyond what we, the micro-sized staff of Ear to the Ground, can successfully manage. Without additional production staff, we cannot produce this show in 2011.

Ear to the Ground also recently produced a series of physical theatre classes called the Clown Dojo Training Series. Class participants and teachers alike had a great time and there is momentum for more. But, our dear Clown Dojo Production Manager David Roby is so popular and talented, he's been hired away and isn't available to maintain the program. We need a replacement.

Furthermore, founding company member Valerie Moseley is stepping down and we need to find her replacement. As is typical in the fringe theatre world, Valerie juggled three different jobs. As the company matures, we need fill her big clown shoes with three people: Artistic Director, Managing Director, and Board President.

Last but not least, Ear to the Ground needs fresh company members and board members to thrive.

Did we already say, "Here's where you come in"? Well, that's really now. Below is a list of the various roles we need to fill. Please take some time to consider if any of these may be right for you. (NACAB = Not all Clown are Bozos, our Winter clown show).
