Where humor & the healing arts meet
-An Evening at the Piano with Forrest Kinney
To benefit Room Circus Medical Clowning
at Seattle Children's Hospital
Come meet our clowns, hear stories about children we're helping in the hospital, and enjoy a fun, humorous evening with entertainment by Forrest Kinney, internationally acclaimed concert pianist, composer, teacher, and entertainer (he's played at Bill Gates' house 21 times!) Forrest will play music by great
composers and create compositions "on the spot" from notes selected by you. He'll improvise duets in various musical styles (even if you've never played a piano!) and offer an inside look at the exciting process of creativity. Our musically talented Room Circus clowns are inspired by Forrest, and you will be, too!

"This is the best medicine she's had all day!" - Father
Room Circus medical clowning provides laughter, wonder and joy as a therapeutic and vital component of health care.
"That's the first time my child has smiled in months." - Parent
Our professional medical clowns use music, physical comedy, improvisation and circus arts to transform the health care environment. Stress relief, distraction from pain and empowering patients are just a few of the measurable benefits.
"My daughter's time in the hospital was much less traumatic and troubling with your kookiness to ease her through the difficulties she faced. We are grateful beyond words." - Father of a cancer patient
Room Circus clowns reach through the barriers, pull out laughter, and create a circle of trust that encompasses everyone in the room - providers, families, patients and staff.
